Join Simone Santos for an all levels yoga & breathwork class at Phoenix & Dragon. If you have never taken a yoga class, this class is for you. If you are a yoga practitioner, this class is also for you. This class will be divided into three parts: 1) Asana (physical part of yoga) 2) Pranayama (breathwork); and 3) Guided meditation.
Please come prepared to have a great morning of connection, healing and illumination. Please bring your yoga mat, a blanket and any other prop that may make you feel comfortable during the practice. A journal or notebook is also recommended.
