Maxine began her astrological studies in 1966, and in 1968 she became America’s first licensed astrologer. She spearheaded the establishment of the Atlanta Board of Astrology Examiners, and in 1973 she wrote her first astrology book, Now That I’ve Cast It, What Do I Do With It?
Maxine is CNN’s former on-air astrologer, co-founder of the Metropolitan Atlanta Astrological Society, co-founder of the Atlanta Board of Astrology Examiners and Vice President of the American Federation of Astrologers.
