About Alka:

Alka is a shamanic practitioner known as the “Shaman in the City”. With a passion for crystals and helping others with various intuitive healing techniques, Alka’s interpretation of spiritual reality and how we can relate it to our daily lives, even in the busy city, is inspiring and refreshing. Alka’s affinity to crystals has been something she says she has always had. From the time she was little, she would pick up rocks and give them as gifts to her family and friends, saying “this is for you”. When asked how she knew, she would answer “it (the rock) says so”.

Alka’s uncanny ability to communicate with each and every crystal, rock and mineral she encounters, allows her to understand their healing properties and messages they are here to impart. She calls these the crystals’ stories and herself the Crystal Storyteller.

She is passionate about teaching and imparting these stories to everyone and is excited to continue her series on crystal education at the Phoenix & Dragon Bookstore this Summer and Autumn. Alka wants to help you discover your life path and work towards achieving your emotional and spiritual goals.
